Refund policy

When you buy from CaliberFZE, we aim to please and hope that you are delighted with your purchase every time. However, we appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if the Product or Service you purchase is faulty or significantly not as described, then you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the following guidelines:

  • you must notify us immediately upon receipt if the Product is defective, damaged, or faulty by emailing our customer care team at: procurement@caliberfze.com
  • At the time of notification, you will be asked to indicate whether you wish to have a refund or to receive a replacement product. Please note that visual aids must be provided from the customer's end that justify the reason for a return/refund.
  • If the manufacturer of the Product mandates its own return process (which information will be provided either on the Site, by our customer care team or by the manufacturer at the time of delivery), you must follow the manufacturer's instructions for returns and return the Product directly to the manufacturer.
  • If the Product is required to be returned to us, then we must receive it within seven (7) days of the purchase.
  • If the Product is required to be returned directly to the manufacturer, then the manufacturer must receive it within the required time mandated by it and shipping details should be provided to our customer care team so that we can confirm receipt of the returned item by the manufacturer.
  • You will be responsible for all return postage and shipping charges incurred in relation to the return of the Product, whether directly to us or to the manufacturer.
  • If you have chosen to receive a replacement Product, it will be shipped to you by the manufacturer or us, as the case may be, subject to availability and within a reasonable period of time following the return of the original product
  • If you have chosen to receive a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving the defective, damaged, or faulty Product to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us or the manufacturer to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  • Only Products that are defective, damaged, or faulty will be replaced or refunded.
  • We do not accept the return and refund of used items and items that are on sale.

 GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS:

 We do not provide any returns, refunds, or exchanges on our Gift Cards & Vouchers. The sales are final.

 Our Gift Cards/ Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please contact us at procurement@caliberfze.com with your Order Number and proof of payment.

Order Cancellation will be accepted anytime before the order has been dispatched. This happens usually within 12 – 24 hours after your online purchase – Customer will see their status under Track Your Order or will be notified via E-Mail Notification.

 If the order has been dispatched, you need to refer to our Return/ Refund policy.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
